What?    2010 Board Elections and 2009 Banquet

Where?  Gier Park Community Center

When?   11:00 am Saturday, November 7th

Please plan on attending the year end banquet and board

elections.   This is a Pot Luck lunch get together to award

the local riders that faithfully race the track each week, to

recognize the volunteers that help out at each race,

(without them we would not be able to race at all).  

We have the following position open for nomination at the banquet.

Vice President-  The duties of the Vice President as stated in the current bylaws adopted by the Board of Directors on February 4, 2009 are as follows:

"The Vice President, if any, shall have the power to perform duties that may be assigned by the President or the Board.  If the President is absent or unable to perform his or her duties, the Vice President shall perform the Presidents duties until the Board directs otherwise.

The Vice President shall coordinate the recruitment and orientation of new volunteers according to the process established by the Corporation.   The Vice

President shall perform all duties incident to the office".

We will accept nominations and vote on qualified candidates as a board.
